During my time heading up the communications team at Aviva Group Ireland, I was responsible for the team handling both internal communications and media relations for Ireland's largest insurance group. My work included overseeing the team responsible for corporate and consumer media relations and internal communications following the purchase of VIVAS Healthcare, during the rebrand from Hibernian to Aviva and the sponsorship of Aviva Stadium. My role involved the development of a Group-wide strategic communications programme and daily engagement with a wide and varied range of audiences from CEO, marketing and HR colleagues to all employees.
