A highly driven, self-motivated and conscientious people manager.I have seven years of experience within the private and charity sectors and over this time have become passionate about the development of others and creating inclusive and tailored learning experiences that align with organisational need. As a Project Manager, I led an organisational change in approach towards learning and development by shifting the focus towards facilitation-led training with emphasis placed on learner engagement and retention. I supported staff across the organisation deliver this style of training and created a centralised learning platform that encouraged self-directed learning. Eager to develop and broaden my skills, I am now a Learning Developer & Facilitator within a Technology and Change team, focusing on systems and technology driven processes and how to engage learners in change. I am increasing my knowledge of CRM systems, agile project management and software development. I have completed a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development with specific interests in leadership development and organisational culture and performance in practice. In my volunteer role as a Co-Opted School Governor, I sit on the resources committee with the aim of driving efficiency through school strategy, policy, budgeting and staffing.
