  Assist clients, both call in and walk in, with their advertising accounts, taking payments and answering questions about their accounts. Greet all clients with a smile and a welcome.Assist advertising sales representatives, along with other department managers, with the management of their client balances.Collection of past due accounts; collection by telephone, email and in person, working with the client to resolve any credit issues. Maintain aging report, meeting and exceeding goals set for the month and year.Audit and balance accounts, providing clients with accurate information on credit and company policies.Responsible for determining which classified advertisements will be published in regards to their credit status. Work to resolve credit issues so advertisement can be released.Post daily payments, both walk in and by mail, to client's accounts. Investigate monies received with no account information.
