In this role, I write and present core learning and development content, including reference materials, for internal teams, communicating with them through email, social media, and webinars. I also facilitate onsite training seminars and classroom instruction throughout North America. To ensure we are leveraging our team’s strengths, I assess performance gaps and conduct needs analysis to customize training content. Achievements:• Spearheaded the launch of a global eLearning application, which is scheduled for mobile release in early 2020 and will provide community-based professional development and coaching for staff members. • Presented a three-year strategic plan for the Global Education & Development team to both our global partners and C-suite executives. • Directed logistics for our annual global training events, including bringing trainers into the NYC location and managing schedules to ensure engaging weeklong activities that improved learning and development at all organizational levels. • Designed all training materials for seasonal school programs, including leadership guides and manuals. • Revised training workbooks to improve engagement by enhancing aesthetics and accessibility for diverse learners, partnering with graphic designer to evaluate audience needs and preferences. • Created social media and digital marketing content for Beauty Consultants to use as part of sales strategy.
