Regulator of early education and operational quality and safety for over 5,000 childcare and preschool services across NSW on behalf of government. Led Directorate of over 250 staff statewide to implement new National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care. Quality accreditation, investigation and prosecution. Strategic policy advice on early childhood education and funding to Minister and Government. Funding to non-government sector, grants reform and administration - annual portfolio of over $300M.Stakeholder relations and media.
