Freelance account manager for brands such as Anchor, NYX Cosmetics, Maybelline, Johnson and Johnson and Virgin Media.Event manager for Maybelline for 2 consecutive seasons at London Fashion Weekend, looking after a team of 10 brand ambassadors as well as team of professional makeup artists. Also managed several events for Sony Mobile, BlackBerry, UniQlo, Maxfactor amongst others.Completed 4 UK wide tours over 14 months for BlackBerry UK. During my time on the BlackBerry campaign I was the most consistently booked member of the team, and was on board for over 90% of the activity. I looked after the Carphone Warehouse partner events (including an event for 2000 managers at the NEC), training other team members, managing the events, liaising with store managers and the client directly. We were targeted on demonstrations and data capture, both of which were exceeded on every activity. I was part of the team working on the Q10 launch which broke Selfridges single day sales record; working directly with Selfridges management, and delivering service to high value customers. Latterly I was the product specialist for the Porsche Design BlackBerry P’9982; attending specialist training with Porsche and being responsible for relaying this training to others, while also driving the sales of the device across multiple locations including Selfridges and Canary Wharf. All sales targets were achieved.

Performing Pathways was a touring theatre company which predominantly focused on devising and delivering careers based workshops to high school students. I was responsible for tailoring workshops to fit a specific brief from each school, delivering each workshop with the team, managing budgets and reporting. We were able to deliver over 100 workshops in a year, reaching over 3000 individuals. Feedback overall from teachers and students alike was in the main, excellent.

Beginning as a part time sales advisor I was promoted into a management role within a short space of time. By 2011 my responsibilities included; team management and motivation, training, fraud prevention, improving shrinkage, overseeing disciplinaries, banking and dealing with contractors.
