Providing and enhancing the payroll and pension provision for a diverse group of schools across the South West UK, covering 3 counties. Liaising and relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company vision and strategy is on target at all times. Establishing and maintaining internal frameworks in order to ensure all required compliance are adhered to whilst also working as part of a small but proactive, tight knit team serving circa 800 employees and 4,500 pupils on a daily basis.
