I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner (CAT) and accredited CAT supervisor.I have a special interest in Eating disorders and in weight management and head the psychological therapy provided to Liverpool's weight management services and also the regional Bariatric service. I also have extensive knowledge of running CAT groups, facilitating both short term and long term group therapy programmes.
