Work closely with the Senior Director and Director of Partner Services managing the design, communication and delivery of marketing solutions to nearly 500 partners nationwide in Healthcare and Financial Institutions. In addition to, producing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, monitoring traffic and engagement results and new e-mail acquisitions for partners and continuously providing innovative marketing strategies.• Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of our marketing programs and components• Manage client accounts and upsell additional programs• Create Social Media Campaigns for current partners to drive traffic back to their website, event sign ups, or new email acquisitions. • Monitor and report Social Media campaigns• Contribute to all creative work of all collateral material to be provided as part of our program, such as digital tool kits (ads, facebook posts), print materials, banners, brochures, and posters. • Coordinate all purchases of marketing materials with outside vendors• Develop and sell revenue generating programs and taking them from concept to close• Deliver all elements of the program to all 500+ partners complying with predefined budget.• Create content to share with clients such as quarterly newsletters• Participate in all activities related to the digital aspect of the business such as Sales Force, Facebook ads manager and integrated marketing campaigns.• Actively involved in all events coordination • Stay current with and identify industry trends and best practices• Prepare and analyze pipeline reports using Sales Force• Monitor the engagement level of partners • Provide recommendations with respect to innovative marketing strategies• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients• Prepare detailed ROI reports and develop case studies• Renew partner contracts and acquire new ones

• Promote FHIA products to both; existing and potential customers.• Explain FHIA’s programs and products in detail to engage interest.• Create need and desire for FHIA products to ensure sale. • Provide outstanding and friendly customer service. • Keep track of sales and demonstrations.

• Partake in the creation of presentations for Apprenticeship Coordinator in preparation of meetings• Process federal grants to provide certifications for employment for NYC laborers for Local 79 and Local 78• Process laborer pay stubs and hours to ensure increase in pay as well as apprenticeship status• Provide administrative support to Director of non-profit training fund.• Provide detailed information of training and schedule appointments. • Enter personal and confidential information into a database.• Create and organize union member files.• Assist Spanish and English speaking members with any information needed. • Type instructions, memoranda, letters, documents, messages and other correspondence from rough draft or verbal instructions using word processing systems.
