Current- Bolstered the pharmacy image with major improvements in 9 pharmacy metric resulting in a 50% increase in scripts and 40% increase in sales over 6 months- Achieved #1 sales in the pharmacy department in a District of 18 stores - Excelled in patient care and immunizations with and an increase of 20% in flu shot administration, 50% increase in providing other immunizations, and 30% increase in Shingrix injections- expanded patient outreach by actively communicating with patients (instore and via phone) with an exponential increase of 90% in providing Pneumonia, Shingles, and Boostrix immunizations during the pandemic period- Significant improvement in scorecard and all 10 KPI metrics in Quarter 1/Period 4 (2022) and soared by 14% on scripts, 100% on CMRs (comprehensive medication review), Auto-refills, text messaging signups, and inventory management.- Ranked 2nd out of 34 stores in the district in Period 4, Quarter 1 2020 (huge jump form 16th position in Period 3, Quarter 1 2020).- Swiftly adapted to changing health care climate due to impact of COVID19; proactively reached out and delivered prescriptions to the elderly and patients with chronic medical conditions; designated separate periods for immunizations for the elderly and immuno-compromised; provided over 110% more Flu shots during the COVID19 season than previous year; provided and educated patients on self-COVID test kits; grew sales by 75% between September and December 2022.- Collaborate with opioid treatment centers to provide patient-centered care to patients on opioid addiction treatment; educate patients on Suboxone therapy; provide Naloxone for non-compliant patients; Communicate with treatment centers and achieve 100% compliance and prevent relapse.- Introduce student pharmacists to the professional practice through experiential learning activity and assignment; facilitate their initial integration of information and skills learned at school with pharmacy practice.
