I am a Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Practitioner Psychologist, holding master degrees in Health Psychology and Counselling Psychology, a Member of the British Psychological Society, an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, an EMDR Europe Approved Practitioner and EMDR Consultant in training. I provide Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to clients referred by psychiatrists, GPs, other healthcare professionals, insurance, organisations, employers, nationwide healthcare providers, solicitors, and self-referred. Between 1998 to 2008 I also worked in the NHS in NW London where I provided Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy interventions to patients in Adult Mental Health and Primary Care settings. I have extensive experience and skills in assessing and treating people who present a wide range of mental health and physical health difficulties, and problems dealing with life strains. I provide clinical supervision and consultations to trainees, practitioners and nationwide mental healthcare providers.
