With over 15 years of experience in leading and growing not-for-profit enterprises, I am the co-founder and CEO of THIS Labs, a University of Cambridge spin-out that enables successful improvement and innovation in health and care services by harnessing the insight and expertise of the people that use, deliver and influence those services. We do this at scale, at speed and with the academic rigour of our Cambridge roots. I hold an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and degrees from Cambridge and Queen Mary, University of London.At THIS Labs, I lead a multidisciplinary team who collaborate with public, private, and third-sector partners to co-create and test innovative solutions for social impact, using our online platform, Thiscovery. I am passionate about using technology to deliver scalable innovation that creates positive change for us all.
