My main duties and responsibilities included supporting the outplacement programme of the closure of Littlewoods, ensuring 906 employees facing redundancy had all the facilities they needed to help find new employment, including organising retraining, qualifications, CV workshops etc..- Coordinating appointments for training advice and qualifications /training- Providing Documentation to support CV and Interview workshops for over 900 employees- Contacting companies to arrange on site advice for employees- Supporting employees- Searching for and displaying vacancies daily
