I’m passionate about delighting our clients and working with our Recruitment teams to devise innovative attraction strategies and media campaigns tailored to fit their needs. I love building up an in-depth knowledge of each client, working in partnership with them and troubleshooting. I work cross-functionally supporting accounts in different industry sectors, covering EMEA, some APAC and some US. I specialise in Early Careers which i have a passion for. I am also very focused on talent communities, CRM management and love events management. I also focus on the candidate journey through the recruitment process and candidate experience. Campaign management is a key part of my role, understanding the target audience, researching channels, working with media partners, to launch new media plans and optimising campaigns in progress and reviewing success post campaign. I work closely with our Brand team as well as many external partners and deliver a great service both to external and internal clients.
