About Ruth D. Marcus
I am Counsel with the Toxic and Mass Tort team in the New York office of Wilentz, Goldman and Spitzer P.A. As the daughter of an asbestos exposed shipyard worker, I have successfully represented hundreds of workers who have suffered from occupationally induced asbestos related disease. In addition, I have litigated other toxic tort and defective product cases concerning repetitive stress injuries, silicone breast implants and a mass tort involving fraud.I am a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a member of The American Association for Justice.
