My duties include allocation of all UK stock to our retailers, receiving calls from retailers and end users, liaising with head office via email, responding to email queries, order entry, problem solving, making outgoing calls, working to tight deadlines and data protection laws, occasional overseas travel to head office.

I currently work on a Volunteer basis for the ORCA charity, going out on ferries and cruise ships, monitoring the marine life in the oceans around Great Britain and Western Europe. Our job is to record the amount and species of marine life spotted, its exact position, behaviour and weather conditions/sea state to enable other organisations such as the environment agency, along with other environmental and wildlife organisations to use our data to further their work.
