For the past 2 years I have been assistant managing a Medical & Allied Health Centre. During this time my responsibilities have included:• Developing organisation systems to maximise productivity• Overseeing the inflow and outflow of patients• Assisting with the accreditation process (AGPAL)• Preparing and sending off patient medical records• Arranging and managing staff rosters, payroll and recruitment This job has enabled me to develop my managerial skills in business operation, which includes efficiency, coordination and leadership.

From July to November 2016 I interned at Style Magazines. My position entailed:• Collaborating with the Digital Content Manager in developing marketing strategies• Managing high profile social media accounts• Presenting individual ideas and writing articles for the magazines digital platformDuring this time I was able to utilise my marketing skills in order to contribute to the magazines digital department.

In addition to taking lead on beauty treatments/product advice; my responsibilities included:• Client bookings and follow-ups• Creating daily and monthly targets in order to achieve state and national goals• Reporting on sales and staffing directly to national management• Stock and equipment orders
