• Shadowing several meetings such as; CORE Groups, Looked after Children’s Reviews, Supervised contact and Personal Education Plan meetings. The meetings involved open and effective communication from all professionals.
• In conjunction with these meetings I have contributed to each child’s Care Plan.
• The Care Plan assembles all the information provided by the previously mention meetings in order to collate a plan which best suits the needs of the child.
• Contributed the composition of a court report relating to obtaining initially an Interim Care Order and then Full Care Order under the Children Act 1989.
• During this time I was also shadowing the connected person’s assessment process through to the date of placement.
