Currently as Workers Compensation Compliance Champion – acting as Branch subject matter expert for all Work Comp Compliance analysis and issue resolution. Working with branch personnel to avoid bureau criticisms and fines, and address individual policy compliance issues and fines. Also acted as a single point of contact for Home Office and Branch for all UA/UW questions on Work Comp Compliance and related workflow issues. As a founding member of a UA council served a 2-year rotation. The UA council consisted of a group of Senior UA's, Home office L&D and Branch Services teammates. The team met monthly to review and optimizes process workflows. As a member of the Field Diversity Council representing the UA team worked to understand and improve the corporate culture with regards to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, as a key member of a sub-team tasked with and successfully optimized the on-boarding process. As the Eastern Territory Resource prime would travel to various regional offices to train local resource regarding 'processing/ rating', work flows, desk management, and communication techniques. In addition to delivering the training, this role includes developing the training materials and plans, provide ongoing feedback and adjustments.
