I really enjoy my work as an experienced presenter, public speaker & skilled communicator and am passionate about taking a holistic approach to health & wellbeing. My career in the wellness sector started over 30 years ago as a registered nurse in Edinburgh. In 2012 I founded Let’s Talk Menopause and since then have been providing education across all sectors working with many inspirational individuals and organisations as well as providing education within the community.Alongside being a clinical educator I’m also a Reflexologist and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology as well as the VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 in Healthy Eating & Well Being for the Complementary Therapy Client. I’ve trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with the British Menopause Society and am a Member of The Association of Reflexologists (AOR) & the British Menopause Society.I’m also author of Men… Let’s Talk Menopause…a compact informative guide to help partners and male colleagues feel more informed.I’ve contributed on various media platforms including Radio 4 Women’s Hour, BBC Breakfast and The Insiders Guide to the menopause with Kirsty Wark.
