Reporting to the Assurance L&E Director, responsible for ensuring all mandatory training is made available & completed for the year, in line with governed regulators. Also Line Manager for 6 Regionally based Training Coordinators. Previously before promotion in a role as Deputy Team Leader; ensuring that all staff provides a high level of customer service and administration. Providing support for all areas of the business for their Learning and Development - from arranging Training Material to booking and organising the Training Event. Also a key contact for developing the staff in areas they may struggle, including inducting new recruits to the team & Key High Profile Assurance Project work.Between the months of July - November 2010, supported the Assurance Training Coordinator population for the Northern Region, this consisted of establishing tutor availability management & ongoing support; supporting HC Leaders, Business Unit Leaders, Group Leaders etc and communicating the necessary key messages; scheduling of mandatory Assurance training courses in the North; on-site support for the Firmwide Graduate Welcome Event (September 2010); Coordinating mandatory Training for Experienced Joiners & primary contact within HC Customer Service Learning & Development for the North.
