Assistant to the Registrar and Vice Provost for Information ServicesI am responsible for fulfilling administrative requirements of the Registrar and hold a key role on the Commencement Coordination Committee, overseeing ceremonies attended by approximately 1000 students each. I regularly liaise with all 7 colleges on campus and collaborate closely with college administration to streamline the degree completion process, audits, and ceremonies. Additionally, I am tasked with creating and presenting detailed presentations on new guidelines and procedures to the campus administration. I am also responsible for the development and maintenance of forms for utilization by students, faculty, and parents. The supervision of the graduation team is a key aspect of my role, ensuring a focus on accuracy and integrity. It is crucial for me to maintain oversight of the proper maintenance and security of student records in accordance with FERPA regulations. Another important aspect is the precise posting of all degrees to be awarded and the subsequent issuance and distribution of all diplomas. Furthermore, I provide support to alumni with the Senior Walk, a historic tradition memorializing each year's graduates on campus sidewalks since 1879.

After that, I moved to the sister company and worked on filling apartments in Southern California as part of the FLITC program.
