Account Executive
Current• Use a value-oriented, consultative sales approach to educate customers on what mobile apps service will best meet their business needs• Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors• Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trend• Responsible for cold calling and developing net new accounts• Leveraging data as well as prospecting to secure new deals, hence, consistently exceeding monthly metrics. • Works with project managers, System Engineers and design team to deliver outstanding work for our clients.• Performs regular check-ins with existing account holders to ensure their needs were being met resulting in an annual retention rate 3 percentage points above plan• Manage a strategic portfolio of national clients, driving over 1M over two years across Canada• Oversee sales pipeline using Salesforce, tracking sales opportunities and closing more deals• Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into functional and practical mobile application through companywide collaborations.
