I am a mature and experienced HR professional with over 25 years in Investment Banking/Financial services and five years in the Real Estate Development field. I possess a keen understanding of HR issues related to Real Estate, Investment Banking and Global Markets, eg. Sales, Trading, Research, IBD, etc. I am a strong manager of staff and budget. I currently lead the HR teams for the COO, Risk, Audit and Legal groups at Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, I was the CHRO for the Related companies for five years. Prior to that role, I held various HR Leadership positions, including working as the head of Human Resources for the Global Corporate and Investment Banking with Bank of America, and prior to that I was the Head of Human Resources for the BAML Asia Pacific region based in Hong Kong. In Asia, I oversaw HR activities across 12 countries and 200 staff for BAML from June 2010 - April 2013. In April, 2013, I returned to New York City to assume the role as Head of HR for Global Markets (Sales, Trading and Research). I thrive in fast paced, demanding and global roles.
