I am Ruth Ferreira, Success Coach and founder of Success Club. I am an award winning business growth coach who is passionate about empowering small business owners to take their business to the next level and accelerate their success. The success they long for, but often don’t know how to achieve. I work with small business owners who are amazing at what they do - they provide a great product or service, but they aren’t experts in actually running, or growing a business, and they aren’t getting the results that they deserve. This can be frustrating and often leads to anxiety about the future. This is where I come in. If you ask my clients what I do, they will tell you I help them get more clients and make more money. It actually goes quite far beyond that, but that is what I’m known for. I breathe belief into people. I help them see themselves not as they are, but as they could be. I help clients get really clear on what they want to achieve, and strategise on how to get there as quickly as possible. Where relevant, I share my extensive knowledge of business growth tools, strategies and templates.Many of my clients exceed their initial goals within a month or two of working with me, and after a year or 18 months, their progress is beyond what they imagined possible. My clients are real people. People who are looking to pay their mortgage, take care of their families, and gain the satisfaction and self confidence that comes from excelling in their business. I love being part of their journey and seeing them flourish as both their business and self confidence grow. I originally trained and worked at top law firms where I was privileged to learn from some of the best in the field, and work on deals involving many household names. I also spent some time in the charity sector, as I am passionate to make a difference to those less fortunate. I have been involved in growing several start up ventures including one which has recently won it's third award.I love travel, wine and spending time with inspiring people. I have visited 91 countries and spent 6 months travelling and volunteering across Africa and Asia where I loved engaging with and learning from the different cultures I encountered. I successfully complete the London Marathon, my biggest physical challenge to date!
