• Reporting to the immigration attorney.• Managing the caseload from intake through processing and filing.• Preparing applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals. • Processing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.• Organizing petition packets for review and filing.• Gathering application and petition information from external parties.• Keeping clients apprised of the progress of their cases.• Maintaining hard copy files and entering data into an immigration case management system. • Responding to immigration inquiries in a timely manner and adhering to submission deadlines

• Greet residents and guests as they enter and leave the building • Sign in contractors and deliveries• Controlling entrance in the building and access to elevators• Monitor security cameras in elevators and garage• Data entry and making reports of any incidents, accidents and violations• Answer phones in a professional and timely manner, directing calls to proper departments• Assisting management with correspondence for residents and staff• Training new employees• Handling incoming mail and packages and inputting them into the system, send out notifications to resident about packages

Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.Work closely with the Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items.Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Partner with sales rep to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Administer prescribed oral medications under written direction of physician or as directed by home care nurse and aide. Change dressings. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, and problems in order to report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager. Massage patients and apply preparations and treatments, such as liniment, alcohol rubs, and heat-lamp stimulation. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or automobiles, and with dressing and grooming. Change bed linens, wash and iron patients' laundry, and clean patients' quarters. Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Perform a variety of duties as requested by client, such as obtaining household supplies and running errands. Plan, purchase, prepare, and serve meals to patients and other family members, according to prescribed diets. Provide patients and families with emotional support and instruction in areas such as infant care, preparing healthy meals, independent living, and adaptation to disability or illness.
