Behavioral Health Assessments for culturally diverse, severely mentally ill and co-occurring diagnosis. Client load of 10 per day for 45 minute sessions, 90% of clients are adults, remaining are adolescents and children. Client plans, progress notes, discharge summaries and updates. Coordination of contacts to social workers, probation/parole agents, CPS,APS, P.E.R.T., Sheriff/Police departments, attorneys, MD's, psychiatrists, hospitals, and other non-profit or profit organizations. Community outreach with presentations from 2 to 100 or more to promote and collaborate services. Assist with supervising front line staff and monies, mentor MFT trainees and interns. Auditing of charts and preparing for JCAHO inspections.
