Prioritize Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all work of Ambassadors (internally and externally). Build a community within Student Ambassadors through involvement on-campus, social events, and communication. Support Recruitment Director in onboarding and recruitment efforts and integrating new guide cohort. Lead Banquet Committee. Assist in making Wednesday Meetings fun and informative. Assist in any other roles as needed by the Executive Team. Prioritizes DEIB in all actions and decisions.

Manage a team of twenty staff members. Plan and facilitate nightly activities for forty 11-12 year old campers and weekly out-of-camp expeditions. Author weekly summary letters to parents/guardians and serve as a liaison between counselors and camp directors. Direct and present Staff Training seminars on counselor responsibilities and an LGBTQ+ informational seminar for staff members. Organize and execute every aspect of camper travel to/from camp through charter bus lines, airports, and parent emails/phone calls. Facilitate front- and back-country trips with ten adolescents.
