I am an experienced global law firm manager and leader with over 12 years of executive management experience. Having lead an office of over 1,500 people and been a member of the Leadership Team of a $2billion+ firm with offices in over 20 countries in Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.Most recently an elected member of the firm's supervisory board, I have a particular interest in Diversity and Inclusion and development of talent. For the last 12 years I have led on diversity and inclusion in the UK and globally, developing a deep knowledge of the issues faced by global businesses.Going forward I’m aiming to build a small portfolio of roles supporting charities, particularly those focused on education, people or heritage, using my management and leadership expertise, including my recruitment (I spent six years on partner lateral hiring and integration from 2009 to 2015), people development and D&I experience.As chair of my firm's Global D&I committee, I’ve led on the introduction of targets for proportion of women partners, and guided the firm to achieving a number of prestigious awards across multiple strands of diversity including Stonewall WEI Top 100 Employer, Times Top 50 Employer for Women, Top 30 Employer for Working Families and BITC Top 100 Employer for Race.As an advocate for all strands of D&I, I mentored and sponsored numerous individuals across my firm, and I’m enthusiastic to share my knowledge and experience of how to embed D&I into organisations and work with women and minorities in their career development.
