I use my experience in education management and training, understanding of other health and social care organisations to support managers and trainers utilise online learning in the age of digital transformation.Quality training leads to quality care.I am delighted to have been working along LHP Skillnet to tailor on demand best practice learning, to the health care community in Ireland. Providing NMBI accredited, video based training to care organisations at a partly funded rate, delivers quality training that goes beyond the tick box mandatory training and into a full blended learning approach.Building relationships and understanding an organisation’s structures and needs are vital in my role, both in how I work with them and directly impacting their experience.
