Worked with four Academic Advisors to manage services for 5500 students during a time of massive need (semester conversion). Team oriented supervision fostered a team environment where advisors worked very hard. Fostered an environment where advisors could develop alternative approaches to meeting student demand and where a culture of measurement is emerging. Satellite deployment and ground station software programs. Extensive experience in software test, quality and development. Program management experience includes programs in satellite sensor analysis, ground station and sensor state-of-health, and satellite deployment from the space shuttle. Also experienced in software test, algorithm development, programming and IS operations.
