I recruited and guided student writers, editing their work to align with the Centre's clarity and accessibility standards. I developed and implemented social media strategies, creating Instagram Reels that boosted student engagement and increased blog visibility.

Working at one of the biggest locations in Canada, I operated POS systems efficiently during the bi-annual Sephora sale without sacrificing exceptional customer service. I also welcomed customers to the store, informed them of the current promotions with their favourite brands, and provided them with a skin analysis and product recommendations for their skin type.
