• As the Head of Sales and Commercial, the role covered all business development in social housing and the local authority sector for British Gas, for heating, insulation and construction works.
• Engaging with, influencing and selling to directors/CEOs/Heads of asset management;
• Building key relationships with construction, facade and external heating companies, to build long term relationships and grow future business;
• Management of CRM systems and commercial duties;
• Leading a field based team of business development managers;
• Responsible for delivery of company revenue targets of £43m for 2016/17

Project management of community schemes up to the value of £20m. Responsible for the community proposition for each project, liaising with key stakeholders within the team, BG wide and external parties. The key contact for the holistic side of the regeneration and worked with communities to incorporate home owners within British Gas schemes
