This is a result of taking my hobby of beekeeping into a new direction. I created a line of natural skincare products using honey I harvested as a beekeeper. This kept me busy while looking for employment in the hedge fund industry where I have 15 years of experience.

Working in the third-party marketing division of Lyster Watson, I was the liaison between our firm and the hedge fund managers we represented. Worked closely with our CFO/CCO in calculating management and performance fees. Kept track of all inflows/outflows, subscription documents, AML/OFAC/background check, credit reports, etc. Also worked in various areas of operations; prepare monthly balance sheet, oversee compliance procedures, state registrations, company disclosures, track and calculate introducers' fees. Generate monthly suitability and disclosure reports in preparation for FINRA/SEC audit. In addition, provide monthly/quarterly Business Review Report: investor breakdown analysis.

Worked directly with the Principal/Director of Marketing. Maintained records of all clients and their investments in 10 hedge funds in the ACT database system. Key contact of offshore administrator on all monthly contribution and redemption transactions. Report all transactions to the CFO, review quarterly financial statements, calculate cash solicitation fees. Responsible for all client correspondence on a timely basis as well as updating all offering memo and subscription documents, ADV, monthly performance/asset spreadsheets, and company website.
