Graduated in Adult Nursing, 2003 from Kings College London University. MSc in Leadership in Nursing (with cultural intelligence).14 years of clinical experience in nursing, cancer care, palliative care - including establishing 2 nurse specialist roles, mentoring, developing nurse competencies, and delivering teaching.Leadership experience both within clinical nursing and inter-culturally within a small charity. In 2015 our family moved to France as I took a career break to parent full-time, this experience enabled me to focus on my four children for a season, learn French and also gain skills in living and working inter-culturally.We then moved to Rwanda in 2018 where I continued learning about working and living inter-culturally. This sparked my interest in Cultural Intelligence. I volunteered in a Provincial hospital before working for a small charity. I took time to complete my MSc whilst also working as a Trainer in palliative care for a Rwandan NGO.
