Highly experienced Head of English in secondary schools and teacher trainer in higher education. In both secondary and higher education settings, leading inset on a wide variety of topics from creating a positive culture to specific aspects of pedagogy - differentiation, questioning, EAL, quality feedback through marking, gifted and talented.
