Post pandemic, I rebranded and built a network of industry contacts in Scotland to source performance work at theatres, festivals, weddings and corporate events across the UK. I also developed a second brand to promote services as a vocal coach. Drove around Scotland to fundraise for two charities: Thistle Foundation and Children 1st.

Provided troubleshooting steps, achieved monthly sales targets.

Provided customer service on behalf of two large clients for short-term pandemic-related roles: Track and Trace (May 2020- Jul 2020) and HSBC Covid Bounce Back Loan Scheme (Sep 2020 - Nov 2020).

Worked as a waitress in the executive suite & premier lounge. Served lunches, took orders and prepared for service at half time and full time.

Cared for and maintained the safety of differently-abled campers ranging from age 9-21. The role involved assisting children with activities such as music, art and sports. During my time as a camp counsellor, I was able to learn about campers' unique circumstances and adapt my ways of working to suit their needs.
