In August of 2009 I founded a private English school where to this day students ranging from the grades K-12 learn all levels of English, including spoken and business English. My private school currently employs 6 part-time teachers and about 250 students who study weekly in 45 study groups which are arranged according to their English level. As part of my work, I am responsible for:-Conducting a level diagnosis for each student.-Matching the student to the correct study group.-Adjusting the curriculum.-Building a lesson plan for each class respectively. -Diagnosing the English level of the teachers and professionally training them to teach using the Howard Gardner "Multiple Intelligences" Theory.

At the English House I responsible for:-Selling English courses to potential customers.-Follow up on the sales process which is done in the CRM system.-Continuous customer relationship management.Some of the time an administrative assistant works with me.

Prepared 9th-12th Grade students for their 4 and 5 point matriculation exams (Modules A-G).

Prepared 11th-12th grade students for their "Computer Networking and Operating Systems" tests.The position required preparing first and second year software engineering students for Microsoft's international tests and certifications which are in English.

Taught English to KS3 / KS4 / KS5 Levels.4th-12th grade students and prepared them for matriculation exams (3, 4 and 5 points).The position included knowledge of "Modular Learning" according to the Ministry of Education program.

Taught the courses:-Windows 2000 Server and Professional.-Linux Red Hat.-Administrating Communication Networks.
