Senior Executive Assistant
CurrentProviding top-notch administrative support in the facilitation and execution of the finance organization’s scope of responsibility by taking initiative, and being continuously pro-active in timely execution and judgement of successful implementation of core functions. •A major responsibility in this position requires a high level of discretion and strict confidentiality of proprietary and financial information.•The liaise between the CFO and internal and external professional contacts; which includes outside Board members, investors, clients and direct reports. Coordinating required meetings, schedules and checking documents and reports for accuracy and completeness ensuring the necessary information is disseminate and managed in a timely manner.•Manage special projects for CFO, including preparation of Board of Directors communications, presentations, and meeting materials.•Prepare and coordinate distribution of reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including reports for CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors. Anticipate daily and weekly needs and assist leaders with awareness of upcoming deadlines and continual follow-up to completion.•Provide general administrative support to Chief Financial Officer, including handling incoming calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements and logistics, and other support functions. Functions independently, making decisions as needed on requests, deadlines, follow-up issues, etc. Serves as the back-up for Executive Assistant to CEO. •Manage a plethora of other duties as required, i.e. invoices, travel reimbursements and other financial priorities.
