• Receiving of incoming calls within the customer service department• Performing of daily administration duties such as bookkeeping, filing of important documents, photocopying, printing of documents and providing of support and assistance to team leaders, managers and clients• Capturing sales and daily telephonic data on MS Office and Excel• Recording of clients important personal data• Validating clients documentation, checking for fraudulent paperwork such as fake bank statements, and fake identity documents• Answering of incoming calls from customers that are enquiring about what the company offers and also handling clients concerns• Communicating effectively with clients and staff in English and Afrikaans• Great ability to prioritize work, ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills• I am a team player and doing my best to achieve the company’s goals and objectives• Remembering company important dates as to when all statistics have to be completed on a monthly basis• Attending formal meetings, zoom meetings and Microsoft Teams application• Ordering of the necessary office supplies that I use on a daily basis• Store and clean office equipment regularly• Working shifts and always avail myself for working overtime
