Worked with Convention Chair to on convention's theme for 2019 Youmacon 15th Anniversary. Worked with vendors to create designs for official convention merchandise, created convention guide booklet, and convention signage, and TFC Center Marquee and door signs.

Created new Artwork using characters I previously designed for the convention which coincided with the theme of the current year. Implemented these different pieces of artwork into multiple designs for web and print content on department websites and convention materials, including the design of awards, signage, and merchandise. Through the use of the combination of signage and advertising design implemented, the department saw an increase in brand recognition and attendance during the convention making the current year the most successful year to date. Managed a team of 28 individuals ensuring work schedules were kept and updated, food and breaks maintained, and compliance to convention regulations was upheld.
