Logistics

Administer, develop and supervise the programs and services of the center. Work with collaborative partners to be a liaison between BTW and the partners. Develops and implements marketing for the areas of responsibility that will positively impact attendance and registration for year round programs to serve the community.

Develop and implement a quality membership service program, retention program, internal/external marketing andmembership development. Participate and help recruit volunteers for the Strong Kid’s Fund Campaign. Prepare and monitor annual budget and achieves a balances budget by the end of the fiscal year. Assist Association Healthy Living Director with company membership sales and health fairs.

Responsible for accuracy and promptness of all membership accounts including change requests and cancellations. Assist and help train the welcome center on membership procedures, assist with tours, registration and phones on an as needed basis.

Promoted from Operations Supervisor in February 1991 Sales Supervisor in September 1991. Supervised a unit of 15 – 25 employees as membership retention representatives. Responsible for maintaining productive sales retention for over 100 top banks, credit card companies, financial companies and mortgage companies in the United States. Supervised and managed functions between training and the sales unit for over 100 employees. Assisted in the introduction of new products, services and promotions. Enhanced operational efficiency and suggested motivational sales programs.
