Provides the following services to Behavioral Health Programs:- Quality Assurance- Compliance Management- Strategic Planning- Program Development - Training & Professional Development- Clinical Supervision

 Maintain a psychotherapy practice providing psychological evaluation and treatment to individuals, couples, and families Assess and counsel clients on a range of issues including marital issues, anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, co-morbid medical issues, and adjustment disorders Provide clinical and competency assessments and peer review for insurance companies and other entities

 Maintained responsibility for Clinical Management and daily operations for a comprehensive behavioral health program encompassing Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse service lines, as well as services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Supervised two Senior Managers overseeing 100+ Managers, Supervisors, Therapists, Direct Care Providers and Administrators across a multi-site agency with two campuses and nine group homes Collaborated as a member of Executive Management in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to meet strategic goals for service delivery, compliance, quality assurance and employee performance  Developed and implemented budgets and contracts exceeding $10M  Developed and implemented agency-wide compliance initiatives to meet ethical, HIPAA, legal and governmental regulations, achieving maximum accreditation. Led Professional Development initiatives, providing clinical and administrative leadership to Senior Managers, served as clinical resource for clinicians, coordinated professional development initiatives and approved continuing education programs
