I am currently the Secretary Treasurer for AKS Enterprises, Inc., a commercial construction company specializing in government work at Ft. Sam Houston. I am responsible for the day to day operations as well as the clerical work associated with contract executions, project close out documentation and all human resource requirements. I am one of four office staff members, so the ability to be flexible and work outside of my typical range of duties is important to maintaining the standard of excellence to which our customers are accustomed. I am known as a problem solver, and have been told my presence not only over the phone, but in person puts our customers at ease. I instill in them a level of confidence with our company that fosters repeat business and lasting working relationships. My attention to detail has prevented errors, saving the company time and money while also keeping our reputation for excellence in tact. Meeting deadlines is crucial to maintaining a positive reputation. By anticipating needs and requirements and preparing in advance for any issue that may arise, I help ensure our deadline is met and often exceeded saving the company time and money. I am creative and know how to reach people in a way that is lasting and thought provoking. By minoring in psychology in conjunction with my degree in communications I have a unique understanding of how customers/targeted audiences have physical responses to marketing or customer interaction. I would consider myself an excellent listener. This enables me to provide unexpected services to our customers that support lasting relationships.
