My career has encompassed extensive exposure to many aspects of the corporate world. I have worked primarily in Banking and Finance, in Australia and the UK, in many different business units. I have gained considerable operational and people leadership experience in both strategic and operational teams in the last 25 years.I have extensive experience of managing value chain acquisition channels end to end from client acquisition through to retention of profitable customers through the use of data and predictive analytics. Data governance is critical to the integrity of the end product and the discipline required to maintain data quality needs to be a cornerstone of every value chain or process.
