-Responsible for all Wine and Champagne related analysis and numbers including monthly reporting, budget and Strategic plan-Review of the month end Wine and Champagne profit and loss account including variance analysis and investigation of any large changes at both a brand and customer level.-Preparation of all Wines Related analysis slides to be used for presentations to the Board of both PRUK and PR Europe-Modelling of key decisions to be made e.g New Product development, Price Increases, Volume elasticity•Finance representative on the Wine executive committee looking after and making decisions in relation to operational or commercial issues facing the PRUK wine business-Ad hoc analysis including:review of promotions efficiency and impact on profit-Scenario planning - looking at the potential impact of changes such as price increases, duty increases and mix variances-information requests from the marketing brand teams

•Managing the Corporate Reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of period end reporting and Budget/Forecasting•Presenting an overview of results to the Finance senior team and acting as the first point of contact for any queries raised•Production of period end/budget slide presentations and packs for the Group Finance Director and the Board of Woolworths PLC•Overall responsibility for the statutory accounts for Woolworths PLC•Co-ordinating the budgeting & forecasting process (including timetabling and adherence to timetable) with all other areas of Finance including Commercial, Retail, Distribution, Stock, Corporate Costs, Capex & Balance Sheet/Cash-flow

•Performance of audits throughout the Woolworths group companies as requested by the audit committee.•Writing of reports to summarise the main audit findings to be issued to the audit committee and director sponsors.•Agreeing actions with key members of the business and following up the progress of these actions at regular intervals.•Work performed included work in the following areas of the business:•Supply chain•Distribution•Commercial •Finance

-Audit in-charge on three large clients-Audit assistant on 4 Plc clients-Responsibility for supervision of staff and delegation of tasks-Preparation of reports for major Plc clients including analytical review and summary of group accounts.-Extensive interaction with partners, client management and third parties.-Outlining possible improvements for implementation in areas of weakness.-Extensive experience of all sizes of businesses from small partnerships to large Plcs.
