Manage contracts valued in excess of five million dollars with residential chemical dependency treatment providers, counties, and tribes in WA State. Provided non-violent crisis intervention training as requested, served as the lead in planning and executing the annual co-occurring disorders statewide conference, provide technical assistance to providers, counties, and tribes, participated in development of policy, contracts, and other tasks in support of treatment and training.

Supervised approximately 30 staff on an in-patient adolescent chemical dependency treatment unit. Maintain staff and patient schedules, maintained oversight for patient treatment plans, developed curriculum, consulted with management on budget issues related to the adolescent services, and ensured compliance with Washington Administrative Code and other applicable laws.
