Over the past 17 years, acquired a specialty in rehabilitation nursing, Expertise in working with adults and children who have suffered multi-faceted, catastrophic injuries and impairments from vehicle and work-related injuries. Thorough understanding of vehicle insurance legislation (SABS: Bill 164, 59, 198)) and short/long-term disability requirement. Goals: Unify healthcare, legal and insurance industry resources; Clients will achieve maximum functional outcomes; to provide client oriented, objective rehabilitation; enduring and cost effective closure for funding sources (insurers/lawyers) and other stakeholders (medical/health professionals). Currently serving on the fundraising committee for The Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA) .
