Now retiredI have always been motivated, dedicated and hardworking with 40 years plus of experience in the foodservice industry; PYA/Monarch, US Foods and UniPro Foodservice. I have many years of professional experience in extensive customer service experience with major National Account. Retreiving and analyzing data, managing corporate national accounts, margin management, auditing, Help Desk, working with set up of new products with suppliers and distributors. In the 2001 was promoted to Director of NA Administrative with a large diverse team of 60 administrative employees.On 2011 went to work with UniPro Foodservice as Director of Business Information and retired December 31, 2018.I enjoy a challenge and am now looking for my ways to enjoy my retirement. Specialties: Contract and account management, customer service and help desk management, all areas of administrative support, foodservice product knowledge, and analysis.

Became the most valuable communication tool for the department for internal communication and decreased emails and telephone calls with the ticket assignment process.•Business Project Lead for department in the conversion of five different pricing systems to one that prices customers. This led to a headcount reduction of 10 associates and 400 hours per week due to enhancements with new system and the ability to centralize pricing for 80 additional national account contracts.
