I bumped into coaching by accident at a workshop and was imediately hooked. It changed my way of thinking and helped me see how I could use it to make a difference within my work. I started Envision Coaching in 2005 having become passionate about people fully reaching their potential.My coaches and I have worked with people from every life stage and walk of life. I particularly love to see an individual go way beyond what they thought possible. I think all types of coaching need to touch the person internally and then work outwards. Coaching is about partnership. You and your coach, together, explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your goals. A coach encourages wider thinking through open questions, giving appropriate feedback and helping focus to remain on priorities. During coaching you get an opportunity to explore, discover, gain clarity, chose well from options before you, take steps and see landmarks reached. You will feel challenged, motivated and inspired in an objective and empowering environment. You will celebrate wins and see transformation.At the beginning of 2022 I started to collaborate with Pam McFarlane to see the start of EnRich Coaching for Educators. EnRich launched on 25th May 2022.
